In the previous decad, AzhwAr thought about the favour of emperumAn entering his heart and remaining there as said in periya thirumozhi 5.2.3<\/a> “adiyEn uLLam pugundha oruvar Ur pOl<\/em>” (the abode of the one who entered my heart) and became joyful; that presence feels like the ultimate benefit, only if one gets to perform kainkaryam at his divine feet, matching one’s true nature; since that was not attained, that presence leads to sorrow. He should not have favoured in first place; and subsequently he did not favour fully; if he decided to bring greatness to me, should he not have done it fully? Thus, your highness should eliminate the hurdle in attaining you, and should shower your mercy towards me to perform kainkaryam at your divine feet,<\/p>\n
