Already seen in <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/10\/thiruvaimozhi-1-10-9-nambiyaith-thenkurungudi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi 1.10.9<\/a> &#8220;<em>umbar vAnavar Adhi am sOdhi<\/em>&#8221; (the leader of nithyasUris).<\/li>\n<li><em>thannadhOr aNiyai<\/em> &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">AzhwAr<\/a> is thinking about the divine form which was highlighted in <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/10\/thiruvaimozhi-1-10-9-nambiyaith-thenkurungudi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thiruvAimozhi 1.10.9<\/a> &#8220;<em>achchemponE thigazhum thirumUrththi<\/em>&#8221; (the divine form which is in molten-reddish golden form). <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>&#8216;s supremacy is a fresh collection of these three aspects.<\/li>\n<li><em>thenkurukUrch chatakOpan<\/em> &#8211; Seeing <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">AzhwAr<\/a> compiling the verses, the words come forward and request him &#8220;Please accept me! Please accept me!&#8221; to be engaged in kainkaryam. It can also be explained as vAchika kainkaryam (service through words\/speech) &#8211; kainkaryam in the form of thousand pAsurams.<\/li>\n<li><em>udan thaNivilar kaRparEl<\/em> &#8211; When learnt with agreement to the principles. thaNivu means mAndhyam (feeling feeble, being without faith), thaNivilar means being faithful. Instead of being &#8220;If I get it, I will not leave it; if I don&#8217;t get it, I won&#8217;t seek out for it&#8221;, learning it with total faith.<\/li>\n<li><em>kalvi vAyumE<\/em> &#8211; As said in mudhal thiruvandhAdhi 67 &#8220;<em>oN thAmaraiyAL kELvan oruvanaiyE nOkkum uNarvu<\/em>&#8221; (knowledge\/consciousness which is fully focussed on srIman nArAyaNan only) &#8211; gyAnam means that which is rooted in bhagavath vishayam (spiritual matters centered on <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>). So,learning this decad will, by itself, lead to the result which is kainkaryam.<\/li>\n<li><em>kalvi vAyum<\/em> &#8211; Alternatively, it is explained as, this learning\/knowledge, by itself is the result.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Final summary from <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nampillai\/\">nampiLLai<\/a> (for this decad):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the first pAsuram, <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">AzhwAr<\/a> briefly explained the meanings which were to be elaborated in the subsequent pAsurams.<\/li>\n<li>In the second pAsuram, he said that <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a> will be friendly towards those who have parama bhakthi (ultimate devotion) and those who just think about him.<\/li>\n<li>In the third pAsuram, he said to his heart &#8220;since you have seen <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>&#8216;s nature, you also behave according to your nature&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>In the fourth pAsuram, on seeing his heart worshipping <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>, he praised it.<\/li>\n<li>In the fifth pAsuram, he mercifully explained to his heart that his previous saying of &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/10\/thiruvaimozhi-1-10-2-kannulle-nirkum\/\"><em>eNNilum<\/em><\/a>&#8221; became manifested in result.<\/li>\n<li>In the sixth pAsuram, he said to his heart that if both he and his heart stayed like this, there will be no defect.<\/li>\n<li>In the seventh pAsuram, he said that whatever he feared previously came true.<\/li>\n<li>In the eighth pAsuram, he explained the bodily changes that occurred to him on hearing the divine names of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In the ninth pAsuram, when asked &#8220;what if you forget\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>?&#8221; he said &#8220;there is no way to forget\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>In the tenth pAsuram, when asked &#8220;what if you tried hard to forget\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>?&#8221; he replied &#8220;How can I forget\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a> who is in my heart?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Finally, he explained the result for those who learnt this decad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nampillai\/\">nampiLLai<\/a> gives a summary for the whole of 1st centum.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">AzhwAr<\/a> said <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a> is sarvasmAthparan (greater than every one else &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/03\/thiruvaimozhi-1-1-uyarvara\/\">1st decad<\/a>), bhajanIyan (worshippable &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/04\/thiruvaimozhi-1-2-vidumin\/\">2nd decad<\/a>), sulabhan (easily approachable &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/05\/thiruvaimozhi-1-3-paththudai\/\">3rd decad<\/a>), aparAdhasahan (one who tolerates offenses &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/07\/thiruvaimozhi-1-4-anjiraiya\/\">4th decad<\/a>), seelavAn (who has the qualities of simplicity etc. &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/08\/thiruvaimozhi-1-5-valavezh\/\">5th decad<\/a>), svArAdhan (easily worshippable &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/08\/thiruvaimozhi-1-6-parivathil\/\">6th decad<\/a>), nirathisaya bhOgyan (most enjoyable &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/09\/thiruvaimozhi-1-7-piraviththuyar\/\">7th decad<\/a>), has Arjavam (honesty &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/09\/thiruvaimozhi-1-8-odumpul\/\">8th decad<\/a>) and is sAthmyabhOgapradhan (one who gives joy in a step-by-step manner &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/09\/thiruvaimozhi-1-9-ivaiyum\/\">9th decad<\/a>). Thus, he instructs his heart to worship him as said in <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2015\/03\/thiruvaimozhi-1-1-1-uyarvara-uyarnalam\/\">thiruvAimozhi 1.1.1<\/a> &#8220;<em>avan thuyaraRu sudaradi thozhudhu ezhu en mananE<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nampillai\/\">nampiLLai<\/a> goes on to summarize each centum of <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/thiruvaimozhi\/\">thiruvAimozhi<\/a> here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the first centum, <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">AzhwAr<\/a> established that the ultimate goal is to perform bhagavath kainkaryam (service to <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>In the second centum, he eliminated the weeds in such kainkaryam.<\/li>\n<li>In the third centum, he explained that kainkaryam where the weeds are eliminated is bhagavath kainkaryam which leads all the way to bhAgavatha kainkaryam (serving <a href=\"https:\/\/granthams.koyil.org\/2013\/03\/12\/thathva-thrayam-iswara-who-is-god\/\">bhagavAn<\/a>&#8216;s devotees).<\/li>\n<li>In the fourth centum, he explained that aiSwaryam (worldly wealth) and kaivalyam (self-enjoyment) are the hurdles for such kainkaryam.<\/li>\n<li>In the fifth centum, he explained that <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a> is the only one who can remove those hurdles.<\/li>\n<li>In the sixth centum, he surrenders unto the lotus feet of such <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a> who eliminates the hurdles.<\/li>\n<li>In the seventh centum, seeing that even after surrendering to <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a> with the purushakAram (recommendation) of <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sri-mahalakshmi\/\">srI mahAlakshmi<\/a>, as in the case of &#8220;dhagdhapata nyAya&#8221; (a cloth which is burnt, but seemingly looks alright), he is still in samsAram (material world), he becomes very dejected.<\/li>\n<li>In the eighth centum, <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">AzhwAr<\/a> thinks &#8220;I may be suffering in samsAram even after becoming a surrendered person as in the case of &#8220;dhagdhapata nyAya&#8221;, due to my attachments to myself and the objects owned by me&#8221; and declares that he is detached from everything [other than <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a>].<\/li>\n<li>In the ninth centum, <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/nammazhwar\/\">AzhwAr<\/a> wonders why he is still not protected (liberated);\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a> says &#8220;I am nArAyaNan;
