Thus he is called \u2018SathAnandha:\u2019. Hence, he is called \u2018nandhi:\u2019 \u2013 the one who rejoices.<\/p>\n<p>Etymology: bhagavAn, who flourishes at all places in all ways and at all times due to his association with SrIdhEvi, is called \u2018nandhi:\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u0938\u0930\u094d\u0935\u0924\u094d\u0930 \u0938\u0930\u094d\u0935\u0925\u093e \u0928\u0928\u094d\u0926\u093f\u0903 \u0936\u094d\u0930\u093f\u092f\u093e \u090b\u0927\u094d\u0926\u094d\u092f\u0924\u093f \u0938\u0930\u094d\u0935\u0926\u093e |<\/p>\n<p>625) <u>jyOthirgaNESvara:<\/u> (\u091c\u094d\u092f\u094a\u0924\u093f\u0930\u094d\u0917\u0923\u0946\u0936\u094d\u0935\u0930\u0903)<\/p>\n<p>With his eternal association with SrI mahAlakshmi, bhagavAn enjoys the superior status of being served gloriously by the eternally liberated souls such as anantha, garuda, vishvaksEna, et al. Thus, he is called \u2018jyOthirgaNESvara:\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The word \u2018jyOthi:\u2019 (\u091c\u094d\u092f\u094a\u0924\u093f\u0903) refers to the eternal abode of vishNu \u2013 which is full of effulgence, and populated by nithyasUris, as explained in the scriptural verses thus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cThe learned men desire to attain that superior abode of the nithyasUris\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201c&#8230;in that abode, where the nityasUris always reside\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thus, bhagavAn\u2019s absolute supremacy (due to his association with SrI mahAlakshmi) is shown.<\/p>\n<p>Etymology: He who is the lord of nithyasUris (as a result of being the consort of SrI mahAlakshmi) is called \u2018jyOthirgaNESvara:\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u0928\u093f\u0924\u094d\u092f\u0938\u0942\u0930\u093f\u0917\u0923\u093e\u0928\u093e\u0902 \u092f \u0908\u0936\u094a \u091c\u094d\u092f\u094a\u0924\u093f\u0930\u094d\u0917\u0923\u0946\u0936\u094d\u0935\u0930\u0903 |<\/p>\n<p>626) <u>vijithAthmA<\/u> (\u0935\u093f\u091c\u093f\u0924\u093e\u0924\u094d\u092e\u093e)<\/p>\n<p>Now, bhagavAn\u2019s simplicity and ease of access (also due to his association with SrI mahAlakshmi) is shown (as against his absolute supremacy in the previous divine name).<\/p>\n<p>Even while being the most desirable consort of SrIdhEvi SrI mahAlakshmi, and thus enjoying unbounded wealth, bhagavAn\u2019s mind still rests with his dear devotees who have surrendered unto him. Thus, he is called \u2018vijithAthmA\u2019 \u2013 the one who is won over (by devotees).<\/p>\n<p>Etymology: Thence, the divine quality of bhagavAn of being extremely gregarious is described. He is called \u2018vijithAthmA\u2019, whose mind is won over by his devotees who have surrendered unto him.<\/p>\n<p>\u0938\u094c\u0936\u0940\u0932\u094d\u092f\u0938\u094d\u092f \u0917\u0941\u0923\u0938\u094d\u092f\u093e\u0925 \u092a\u0930\u092e\u093e\u0935\u0927\u093f\u0935\u0930\u094d\u0923\u0928\u092e\u094d |<br \/>\u0935\u093f\u091c\u093f\u0924\u093e\u0924\u094d\u092e\u093e \u091c\u093f\u0924\u0902 \u092f\u0938\u094d\u092f \u092e\u093e\u0928\u0938\u0902 \u092a\u094d\u0930\u0923\u0924\u0948\u0936\u094d\u091a \u0938\u0903 ||<\/p>\n<p>627) <u>vidhEyAthmA<\/u> (\u0935\u093f\u0927\u0946\u092f\u093e\u0924\u094d\u092e\u093e)<\/p>\n<p>Not just stopping at being gregarious; but furthermore, bhagavAn is very obedient to his devotees \u2013 so much so that he can be ordered by his devotees as \u201cCome here\u201d, \u201cStand here\u201d, \u201cSit here\u201d, \u201cEat this\u201d, etc. Such obedience of bhagavAn is shown to be his nature! Hence, he is called \u2018sathkIrthi:\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Many good words can be heard about him, thus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cAll those qualities for which bhagavAn is praised are present in him (meaning, whatever good one can ever say can certainly be found in him). But it is never possible to fully glorify whatever is present in him (meaning, it is impossible to complete praising him for all the qualities that he possesses), for they are ever boundless\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThe lord of all worlds \u2013 krishNa \u2013 is praised by the learned men. Yet, very little has been said about him till now. How can he be fully glorified at all?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cOh hrishikESa! The entire world is rejoicing only by your fame&#8230;\u201d, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Etymology: bhagavAn is called \u2018sathkIrthi:\u2019 due to his distinction with such a sociable nature.<\/p>\n<p>\u0908\u0926\u0943\u0915\u094d \u0938\u094c\u0936\u0940\u0932\u094d\u092f\u0938\u0924\u094d\u0924\u094d\u0935\u093e\u0926\u094d\u0927\u093f \u0938\u0924\u094d\u0915\u0940\u0930\u094d\u0924\u093f\u0930\u093f\u0924\u093f \u0915\u0925\u094d\u092f\u0924\u0946 |<\/p>\n<p>629) <u>chinnasamSaya:<\/u> (\u091b\u093f\u0928\u094d\u0928\u0938\u0902\u0936\u092f\u0903)<\/p>\n<p>With such a sociable nature and widespread fame, bhagavAn shatters all doubts regarding him \u2013 such as whether he can be known or not, whether he can be attained or not, whether he is easily approachable or not, etc. \u2013 in the minds of his devotees. He does so by showing himself even to the fleshy eyes of all humans in the form of archA mUrthy (idols in temples and houses). He is ever joyous showing himself thus. Hence, he is called \u2018udhIrNa:\u2019 \u2013 the one who is manifest even to fleshy eyes.<\/p>\n<p>Etymology: Since bhagavAn makes himself visible even to fleshy eyes by manifesting as idols in various places, he is called \u2018udhIrNa:\u2019.
