<< Previous<\/a><\/p>\n mannai manangoLLa vanjiththu nenjurukki pOr vEndhar mannai<\/em> \u2013 that mAvali who is the chief of kings who have the strength to indulge in war pOr vEndhar mannai<\/strong> \u2013 the chief king among all the kings who are great warriors.<\/p>\n manam koLLa vanjiththu<\/strong> \u2013 While people such as Sukra bhagavAn (guru [preceptor] for demons) tried to dissuade mahAbali from granting anything, saying \u201cthis (vAmana) is no ordinary bachelor; he is the deceitful vishNu himself\u201d, vAmana deceived mahAbali through his beauty.
