Because it has to be enquired and learned from him, it is said to be tormenting.<\/li>\n<li><em>thuyaram sey &#8230;<\/em> &#8211; The pride of being &#8220;<em>dhAsOham<\/em>&#8221; (I am a servitor) is priceless. Unlike that, the pride which causes sorrow by thinking &#8220;<em>sOham<\/em>&#8221; (I am he [supreme lord]).<\/li>\n<li><em>madhan &#8230;<\/em> &#8211; Arrogance caused by worldly joy, and the lust which leads to destruction as said in <a href=\"http:\/\/githa.koyil.org\/index.php\/2-62\/\">SrI bhagavath gIthA 2.62<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/githa.koyil.org\/index.php\/2-62\/\">SrI bhagavath gIthA 2.63<\/a> &#8220;sangAth sanjAyathE kAma: &#8230; <em>budhdhinASAth praNaSyathi<\/em>&#8221; (from attachment occurs lust &#8230; due to destruction of intelligence, he himself perishes). bhagavath kAmam is unlike that [it leads to uplifting].<\/li>\n<li><em>thulaiyAy<\/em> &#8211; as pramANam (authentic text) which measures [one&#8217;s state\/progress].<\/li>\n<li><em>nilaiyAy nadaiyAy<\/em> &#8211; Explains sthAvara [plants, stationary] and jangama [animals, mobile]. Also explains existence and movements [of previously explained aspects]. You are causing sorrows in this manner!<\/li>\n<li><em>ivai enna suNdAyangaLE<\/em> &#8211; This is enjoyable sport for you.
