When dhEvas (including brahmA) worship him on account of their karma (effect of past deeds) as mentioned in the <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\/index.php\/2018\/07\/nanmugan-thiruvandhadhi-42\/\">42<sup>nd<\/sup> pAsuram<\/a> of this prabandham \u201c<em>kadikkamala nAnmuganum kaNmUnRaththAnum adikkamalam ittEththum angu<\/em>\u201d, even though they consider <a href=\"http:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/sriman-narayanan\/\">emperumAn<\/a> as the means, they will worship him with their position, wealth etc as their goal. This is falsified worship. On the other hand, nithyasUris will consider thirumalai, his dwelling place, as the means and goal and worship him. This is true worship. For those who worship him without a purity of mind, since their goal is different, the worship is false while for those who worship him considering him as everything, this natural worship becomes true worship.<\/p>\n<p><strong>vEngadamE meyvinai nOy thIrppadhuvum<\/strong> \u2013 apart from being the goal for nithyasUris, thirumalai also removes the undesirables of samsAris (dwellers of materialistic world).<\/p>\n<p><strong>meyvinai<\/strong> \u2013 strong sins which cannot be got rid of, without experiencing. Just as it is mentioned in brahmavaivarththam prakruthi kaNdam 26-70 \u201c<em>avaSyanubOkthavyam krutham karma SubhASubham <\/em>\u00a0I <em>nAbhuktham kshIyathE karma kalpakOtiSathairapi <\/em>\u00a0II\u201d (jIvan (sentient entity) has to experience the results of virtuous and viceful sins. Even if it takes a hundred crore kalpam (one kalpam is brahmA\u2019s one day), the karmas will not disappear without experiencing), it is only thirumalai which removes sins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>nOy thIrppadhuvum vEngadamE<\/strong> \u2013 it\u00a0 is only thirumalai which removes the ills which result as a consequence of such sins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>meyvinai nOy &#8230;<\/strong> \u2013 it is only thirumalai which removes sins and ills which come due to\u00a0 connection with <em>SarIra<\/em> (physical form).<\/p>\n<p><strong>vEngadamE meyvinai nOy thirppadhuvum<\/strong> \u2013 doesn\u2019t the word <em>vEngadam,<\/em> which means\u00a0 \u201cburning sins\u201d indicate that it is capable of removing bodily ills? v<em>inai<\/em> would refer to sins and <em>nOy<\/em> would refer to the physical ills which come as a result of the sins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>vEngadamE dhAnavarai vIzhath &#8230;&#8230; vAnavarai kAppAn malai<\/strong> \u2013 it is only thirumalai which is the residence of the one who dons the divine disc to annihilate the demons and provide dwelling place for celestial entities, thus protecting them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Azhippadai thottu<\/strong> \u2013 there is no need even to release chakraththAzhwAn (divine disc).
