This is due to his unprecedented and unflinching faith towards <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\">nammAzhwAr<\/a>. In the next pAsuram,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/09\/23\/azhagiya-manavala-mamunigal\/\">mAmunigaL<\/a> explains that <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2013\/01\/17\/madhurakavi-azhwar\/\">madhurakavi AzhwAr<\/a>&#8216;s kaNNinuN chiRu thAmbu was placed in the middle of <a href=\"https:\/\/divyaprabandham.koyil.org\">4000 dhivya prabandham<\/a> by our <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/17\/introduction-contd\/\">pUrvAchAryas<\/a> understanding that it revealed the highest principle of thadhIya sEshathvam (being devoted to bhagavAn&#8217;s devotees). madhurakavi AzhwAr demonstrated this highest principle of srIvaishNava sampradhAyam which is &#8220;charama parva nishtai&#8221; (fully faithful towards AchArya) through words (in this prabandham) and deeds (by being totally surrendered to <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\">nammAzhwAr<\/a> and serving him throughout his lifetime).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\">nammAzhwAr<\/a> compiled 1102 pAsurams in his thiruvAimozhi, and provided 3 other prabandhams (thiruviruththam, thiruvAsiriyam and periya thiruvanthAdhi). Among those, 2 padhigams (decads) were dedicated to bhAgavathas viz &#8220;<em>payilum sudaroLi<\/em>&#8221; (2.7) and &#8220;<em>nedumARkadimai<\/em>&#8221; (8.10). Rest all are in glorification of emperumAn.\u00a0 On the other hand <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2013\/01\/17\/madhurakavi-azhwar\/\">madhurakavi AzhwAr<\/a> compiled only one prabandham that too only 11 pAsurams. But all these pAsurams bring out the full essence of being devoted to one&#8217;s AchArya (in this case <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/08\/18\/nammazhwar-english\/\">nammAzhwAr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>It is due to this wonderful aspect, many vyAkyAnams (commentaries) were written for kaNNinuN chiRu thAmbu. <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/09\/14\/nanjiyar-english\/\">nanjIyar<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/09\/16\/nampillai-english\/\">nampiLLai<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2013\/10\/05\/periyavachan-pillai-english\/\">periyavAchchAn piLLai<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/acharyas.koyil.org\/index.php\/2012\/12\/15\/azhagiya-manavala-perumal-nayanar\/\">azhagiya maNavALa perumAL nAyanAr<\/a> have written detailed vyAkyAnams for this prabandham. There is also thampirAnpadi (vyAkyAnam done by araiyars and used by them in araiyar sEvai). Beyond these there are padhavurai (word-by-word meanings) and arumpadhavurai (detailed analysis of commentaries) that are available for this prabandham.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
