Simple translation

Reddish-eyed sarvESvaran, my lord, is mercifully residing in the dhivyadhESam named thiruththeRRi ambalam in thirunAngUr. This abode is having mansions which are studded with precious gems and are complete in wealth and are shining due to the moon being stopped by the beautifully fragrant wind which came after embracing all the places in the gardens which are having completely beautiful flowers; such sarvESvaran is krishNa who crushed together the firm, black bulls which were having curved horns, cruel anger and strong feet, for the sake of nappinnaip pirAtti who is having bosoms  held by the corset and who is humble, and who directed the auspicious marriage ceremony; he is having nice beauty like that of a black cloud and enslaved me showing that beauty.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vAr Arum … – Since she is in the apt stage of youth, nappinnaip pirAtti is having bosoms which are held by corset; for her sake, my krishNa, who is like a black cloud, killed the seven bulls which were having curved horns, cruel anger, strong feet and were black in complexion, and conducted the auspicious marriage.

Er Ar … – As the wind picks up the fragrance in the beautiful flower gardens and stops the moon, thirunAngUr is shining with the gem-studded mansions which are having shining radiance and are filled with wealth.
